Before exposure, apply a generous, even dose to cover the area exposed to the sun. Reducing this amount decreases the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming, or wiping. Even if well protected, reduce exposure as much as possible. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.
