Zinc (elemental) (from 167 mg L-OptiZinc® Monomethionine) 30 mg
Copper (elemental) (from 3 mg Copper Bisglycinate) 0.3 mg

Other Ingredients: Rice Flour, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Maltodextrin (non-GMO), Citric Acid and Silicon Dioxide.

Take 1 capsule daily.
