Aqua, Glycerin, Polylactic Acid, Coco-Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Citric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin. 

Apply a small amount to damp skin, massage gently in circular motions, then rinse thoroughly. Use 1–2 times per week.
