Place the brush at the base of your upper lashes and sweep upward to the tips.
Wiggle the wand slightly as you go to coat each lash evenly.
Apply one or more coats depending on how dramatic you want the look.
For the lower lashes, hold the wand vertically and lightly brush from root to tip.
