Quantities for 3 capsules:
virgin vegetable oil of organic rapeseed (brassica napus l.) 660 mg, organic envelope (organic fish gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water), organic essential oils: eucalyptus leaf (eucalyptus globulus) 45 mg, lemon zest (citrus limon) 32 mg, flowering top thyme with linalool (thymus vulgaris) 19 mg, aerial part of mountain savory (satureja montana) 16 mg, of flowering top of shell marjoram (origanum majorana) 15 mg, of aerial part of palmarosa (cymbopogon martinii) 13 mg, of flowery aerial part of rosemary to cineole (rosmarinus officinalis) 6 mg, of flowering top of peppermint (mentha x piperita) 6mg of scots pine needles (pinus sylvestris) 2 mg.
From the 1st cold: Take 1 capsule with a glass of water morning and evening, or 2 capsules per day as a 15-day cure to be renewed several times a year (max. 3 to 4 times a year).
For a booster effect: take 1 capsule with a glass of water morning, noon and evening, or 3 capsules a day for 5 days max
