Adults, adolescents (15 years and older): Shake well before use, then apply locally by spraying onto the sensitive area from a distance of approximately 15 cm (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet,...). Maximum two applications per day, for no longer than one week per month. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.

Keep out of reach and sight of children. Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by individuals with a history of seizures or epilepsy, or by those with an allergy to one of the ingredients or to salicylates. Do not tightly bandage. Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn.
