Open the hygienic sachet.
Remove the breast pad from the sachet and unfold it.
Remove the strips from the two sticky patches on the pad.Insert the pads in your bra. The sticky patches should be orientated horizontally and facing outwards, so they stick to your bra. The seam should face inwards, again.
